Condominiums

01
The Legian
This apartment utilizes the building site which has a variable elevation. The design concept is "The Bali". We have created a Bali-like building at the request by the owner. We actually went to Bali, surveying the local street scenes and resorts, and buying stonework, jars, and reliefs, which we installed as part of the building's landscaping work.

The building comprises three separate towers: a family tower featuring two to four bedroom units with living, dining, and kitchen areas, a tower for single residents featuring single-room units with a kitchen area, and a newlyweds tower featuring single-room units with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The ground floor units (two and three bedroom units with living, dining, and kitchen areas) of the family tower feature a garage next to the entrance door where the family can keep their cherished car close by. The 2nd and 3rd floors are three and four bedroom maisonette (two-level) units with living, dining, and kitchen areas. The interior garden features a center patio, bringing a feeling of openness like a resort hotel to this rental apartment complex.
