Case Study:

TNK Building
This was planned as a family-type building, with the 1st and 2nd floors as commercial spaces, and the 3rd to 6th floors as expansive 2-bedroom with living, dining, and kitchen area ('2LDK') apartments.

As well as being in a prime location only one minute walk from Center-Kita Station, the sun-drenched building is laid out so that all rooms are corner rooms. Each dwelling has many windows, making for rental apartments with a real feeling of openness.

The apartments' flooring and furniture are color-coordinated on a number of patterns, creating a variety of atmospheres.
